Who doesn't love IHOP? Missing the ones close to home in California. They seem to be vanishing. This IHOP is Great with friendly service! It's open 24 hours and across the street from my awesome hotel suite at The Hampton Inn in Prescott Valley. IHOP is absolute comfort food! I Love IHOPs.... T-Bone steak and eggs, along with hashbrowns and a side of country gravy to drench them in! Their crepes are spectacular. Even specialty crepe places don't get it right like that of IHOP. Country fried steak with corn and mashed potatoes and smothered in country gravy. YUMMMMM!!! Wow! I'm excited over this review! Time to eat!

very friendly workers and good service. Glad that this place is 24hrs because in a town where everything closes early, i need to have a restaurant that i can trust that's open anytime i wanna grab something to eat. hehehe.. i came here the other day and they wer playing music from the 1950's and i thought that was pretty awesome! i like the small town everyone is friendly effect that they have here and i really appreciate that the workers seem to love what they're doing. best thing about it? the food is about $2.00 cheaper than the IHOP's in Cali.. hehehe

Fast friendly service and good food.I had their Tuscan Griller sandwich which was excellent as well as the fries. I also had the Raspberry lemonade, and Green apple lemonade. Both were very good. I have been there several times and have not had a bad dinning experience once.

Pretty good for an IHOP. I did really enjoy my meal; was quick, the portions were decent, and the flavor was spot on. My only disappointment was that my pancakes were miniature (part of the breakfast sampler) and I was expecting full-size pancakes. The picture in the menu was a little misleading. I love the butter pecan syrup they offer, it's one of my favorite things about eating here, and since I live in Prescott, I don't get to visit this IHOP nearly enough. I may have to make more opportunities to do so.

HORRIBLE service! Do not go there. We were seated right away; however, we had to wait 40 minutes to get food once we ordered, only part of the order was brought out to "get us started" and it was COLD! We left, did not eat. They asked if we wanted to talk to a manager, but what the heck good would that have done by that time. We will not be going back to THAT IHop.

This is not a well run IHOP! Waitress was clueless about the menue. Took her 5 trips and 5 minutes to remember to bring ketchup, hot sauce, refill 2 drinks and get us more napkins. My order arrived missing a side, that came 15 minutes LATER , cold, dry and flavorless. The manager was cooking and didn't seem to understand the situation! Mind u we were the ONLY table in use!!!!! The receipt we were given upon paying was NOT the normal receipt u usually get printed out, The manager rang up the transaction. There was NO survey information on the receipt! Wonder WHY? Guess what, I emailed IHOP Corporate Offices anyway as this store has been terrible for years!
